Russell Club Volleyball
Get ready to grow, improve, and evolve.
We are a little club
with big potential
The focus of RCV is to promote and develop rural athletes within our communities and provide them with an opportunity to continue to play volleyball at the club level. Our programs are centered on developing the WHOLE athlete through a growth mindset, which includes supporting athletes mental and emotional health (e.g., psychological skills and goal setting) as well as their physical health (e.g., nutrition, sleep, and strength and conditioning). Our hope is that through volleyball, athletes will learn important life lessons, such that when and if they choose to move on from volleyball, they will have developed a healthy mindset as well as lifelong physical activity habits.
